The Goat House is positioned on the edge of Cardinham Woods in a valley near Bodmin, central Cornwall.
Cardinham Woods is maintained by The Forestry Commission, comprising of 650 acres of conifer and broadleaf forest. There are plenty of walking and cycling trails to see within the woods, including the renowned ’Bodmin Beast’ trail for the more adventurous mountain biker and the highly regarded Woods Café is a gentle 40 minutes stroll away directly from The Goat House.

The infamous Eden Project is 15 minutes away, Landhydrock National Trust is 8 minutes, the North and South coastlines are approximately 20-30 minutes away, St Ives & Plymouth both about an hour, making The Goat House an ideal location to explore the whole of Cornwall.
